The privacy policy applies to and (the “Websites”), a website owned and operated by Bitcall AB (“”Bitcall”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the Bitcall application (the “App”).

”you”, ”your” or ”your” means you, the natural person and Regular User (as defined in the Terms of Service) or Website visitor, who uses the Website or App and who has understood and agreed to the terms of this privacy policy.

The “App” means our application for mobiles, tablets and personal computers, through which the Service is provided.

The “Service” means the service provided by us through the App.

The “Account” means the personal user account that you can register on the Website or in the App in order to use the Service.

Should no other definition be provided in this privacy policy, words with initial capital letter shall be interpreted in accordance with our Terms of Service, which are available on the Website.

Your “personal data” means, in this privacy policy, all information through which you are directly or indirectly identifiable, including, but not limited to, your name, your address, your social security number, your IP address, your login information, your e-mail address and any other information through which you can be identified.

We are, as long as otherwise is not stated, the controller of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) and is thereby responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us or which we otherwise collect about you.

Regarding Regular Users, your personal data is processed with the general purpose to provide the Service. The specific purposes of the processing are stated below in this privacy policy. Through registering for an Account, you give your consent to the processing of your personal data for such purposes.

We will process your personal data in accordance with above for as long as you have an Account. You are free to deregister at any time. After such deregistration, we will only process your personal data to the extent necessary and only for as long as it is required by us in accordance with the laws of Sweden or EU, or required by us in order to comply with undertakings towards you as a user.

If you are a visitor of the Website who is not a Regular User, your personal data is processed with the purpose to provide the Website and to ensure its functionality.

You are further entitled withdraw a consent that you have previously given to us regarding the processing of your personal data. Please note that such withdrawal might mean that you no longer can be provided the Service or use the App. Withdrawal of consent shall be made in writing to one of our addresses stated in this privacy policy. However, you are only entitled to demand that we cease to process such personal data that is processed due to your consent, and not in regards to personal data that we are processing upon another legal basis.

Account information
Regular Users who registers for Accounts in order to use our Services, need to provide us with such personal data that at any time is requested by us such as, but not limited to, name and e-mail address. When using the Service, you may provide additional information such as your contacts, through integration with an existing address book or manually, and other information.  Such information that you provide us with, is processed with the purpose to:

You have the possibility to, at any time and for yourself, add or edit information in the App and to delete and remove your information in connection to deactivating your Account.

We might furthermore send information to your registered e-mail address from time to time. Our goal is to provide you with relevant information, which can include for example newsletters or updates on the Terms of Service and this privacy policy.

Even though we take the security of your personal data seriously, please keep in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is entirely secure. disclosure of Personal data to third parties
Except as expressly stated herein or in our Terms of Service, we will not sell, share, or rent out your personal data to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mailings. We use cookies when you visit the Website. Cookies are used to enable a better function of and to collect statistics on the use of the Website. Aggregated information

When accessing the Website, we may log your IP address, access URL, time of access, browser type, referral URL etc. in order to obtain internal information regarding site traffic statistics. When using the App, we may log information about phone numbers, the start and end time of calls, call duration, call quality, messages, geographical position, IP address etc. in order to obtain statistic on the App usage.

The information mentioned above is used in an aggregated manner, and is never linked back to any personally identifiable information, unless to identify members who are using the Service for any activity that is deemed in conflict with our Terms of Service or this privacy policy.

third party tracking tools
We use third party tracking tools to improve the performance and features of our website. These third party tracking tools are designed to collect only non-personal information about your use of the Website or the App. Nevertheless, you hereby acknowledge that such tools are beyond our control and accordingly we assume no responsibility for what information is actually captured by third parties and how such information is used or protected.

The Website may, from time to time, contain links to and from websites provided by third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, we advise you to note that such websites have their own privacy policies and that we under no circumstances vouches for such websites or their policies. You will be notified of all changes by e-mail to your registered email address and the new version of the privacy policy will be published on the Website. All changes take effect automatically thirty (30) days after publication. However, if we makes changes to the privacy policy which are deemed necessary for us to fulfill legal obligations or authorities’ opinions or decision, the new privacy policy will take effect immediately after its publication on the Website.
